The Generals and I have come up with a few Guidelines for Attending LS Events. We feel this will help us to provide the LS with fun fulfulling events without causing too much un-needed stress to the Event Coordinators. Please read these few guidelines and keep them in mind.


For ALL events (capped and uncapped) people attending need to post on the event topic what jobs they can use and if they have gear available.

If you would like to attend an event but are unsure of your schedule ahead of time. Please let the event leader know you are a "maybe" on attending, but be sure to let them know as soon as possible what your definate plans are, no less then one hour before the event.

For large events members should know what job they will need to be before the day of the event. That way there is less of a scramble for gear and waiting on everyone's part. Everyone knowing early what job they are helps not only the people leading the events know early what jobs are still needed but makes it easier on everyone when we all know what is expected of us.

For all events people should be arriving at the gathering place atleast 30min-1hour before the event starts. To do last minute prep and final checks. (this is depending on the type of event) Battleplans will be explained the 10-15 minutes prior to event start time. This is why it is important to show up BEFORE the event's start time. Events requiring mutiple parties require more time prior to an event for discussion or last minute party changes.

Any questions or suggestions should be saved until after the expected battleplan has been explained by the Leader. If you like to contribute with helpful suggestions on pt setup and other details on events please join the Event Coordinator group. Every little bit helps with coordinating events.. even if it is just with strategy.

Events will start on the said time and not be delayed. If you think you will be unable to login on time for an event. Get ready the day before and logout at the meeting place, otherwise you will need to catch up because the event has started on the said time.

During events members need to stick together as a party when traveling through zones. Moving ahead through a zone will get other members lost and the party seperated. Which may result in death and loss of everyone's time.
