good news is, i got my best friend Gunsaw to return to the game. bad news is that we are moving to a more populated server, waiting hours for a party is just not fun, esspecially when at the dunes (the dunes use to always have pts, what happened? )

anyways, we are moving to the server Asura i think its called. ty for accepting me in even though I am leaving now lol. I wish the LS best of luck in future have fun!

me and gunsaw got lv18 in 10 hour playtime, and nearly 25k total in money, not too bad for some nubs i think ;D our goal is:

gunsaw / sokaris (both mithra)
mnk -> 18 / whm -> 18
war/mnk -> 30 / blm/whm -> 30
pld/war -> 60+ / rdm/blm -> 60+


If anyone has advice for rdm, what do you think is a good sub for pld/war and rdm/??? duo. I am thinking, at higher lvl, rdm/nin?? that way in gunsaw and my duo, i can have shadow take few hits first then gunsaw can provoke and we kill it... idk :o

whats the difference? blm has more int and spells? can blm still warp? cause i know whm cant tele as a sub. I am looking to know what you think is best sub for rdm in a duo with a pld/war.

maybe a rdm/brd? so I can have mp refreash song always on? along with refreash from rdm, and then dont forget the signet auto refreash tick also, unlimited mp then? or I can have another song instead for the duo? idk, i can't wait to explore the options tho, gonna be fun making awesome duo with gunsaw.

that sounds fun but expensive ._____. lol.. ninja might be good sub also cause mithra already have good aim/dodge? so nin sub for even more boost on those stats? who knows. :S

well over 60 rdm/dnc can help heal, nos and i duo like that all the time but /whm would be better for lower lvl duo

Naughty and i duo'd right through to 65 as PLD and RDM, and yeah /whm would be better at lower lvls for poisona and stuff like that, and to tell you the truth, after lvl 60 with both of us /dnc its insane,as a PLD you never run out of cure's cause you use both your TP and your MP to heal, and divining walts (dnc's curaga) gets nice hate when used properly too, and having quickstep and boxstep it makes the mob have less evasion and lowers defence too (if you keep hitting them with it) and another nice tool is drain samba, or even aspir samba (if your fighting crabs for instance) basicly after your lvl 60 and you wanna keep going duo, go /dnc trust me it's fun, and /dnc in campaign battles makes it easy to get nice xp cause of all the abilities you can use

Wow, we were talking with other players on the server and someone suggested pld/nin and rdm/dnc. both subbing dnc seems fun also. Me and gun are really enjoying duo so far. So far we only had 3 pt members max, the 3rd member was a trio from mnk and blm 15-18 in this cave with an awesome drg/whm. chain x +6 ftw. Other time was a 67 drg/sam helped us get our subjob quest items.

Well we spent 2.5 days playing so far with 22 hours gameplay. We also have combined 50k gil already so far. We decline ALL plvling services. We refuse to have a plv until we get a 75 char lol. Already got our subjob quest done and got war/mnk and blm/whm to almost 16. Once we get to 18, ill switch back to whm/blm till 30, then we will do our quests for pld. So far for low level we will be doing pld/war and rdm/whm until higher level, then consider other subs .
