Not bought either of these yet thus I haven't looked too deeply into them, but are these add on's something a 75 can kinda solo their way through, or is it the standard stand around and shout for a few hours, hope you get a decent group together and press through it mission by misson?

well, the first one was fairly soloable, aside from the fei'yin fight and the final fight. everything else was easily soloable for a 75. i still have yet to do the final fight because SE thought it would be a brilliant idea to make it so only certain jobs (ranged) were very effective while other jobs (melee) were not. there IS a zerg method, but no one ever really wants to do it and if you lose the fight, you have to go back and do the quest ALL over again (it involves running around delkfutt tower with a level 30 cap. it's rather like the nation quests where you need sweepers to go ahead of you to clear the way ... it's not terribly tough, just annoying.)

many people don't think ACP was worth the $10, and i'm sure many will feel the same about MKE, but i'm going to get it anyway b/c i already have the first. not stopping now and some of the new hat gear looks pretty nice, actually.

maybe one day we can get a little static together in the LS for the final fight and just keep doing it together (switching off as sweepers and gatherers) until everyone beats it.

meh to me all that "new" gear looks silly, just wish that you didnt HAVE to be lvl 75 to wear the stuff

it's really not about the "looks," it's about the stats and the augments you can apply to them. if someone gets it (or doesn't get it) simply because of how it looks, that's just silly.

And yet Gunner and Kristor for that matter have an armory full of gear and armor based purely on how it looks.. >_> Though you are right, after all.. if I were only interested in the looks of an armor, that damned ugly haubergeon would be gone. Ugh.. brown.

yes.. gunner has that silly ass sam red set just because "It looks brutal" He seriously only wears it while whoring around the city. Mostly the higher cities.. like it's his club gear or something.. Sandy or windy dont deserve a gear change.. unless it's a holiday. lol Or he wants some pictures taken in jeuno and he wants to REALLY stand out from allt hat white and grey marble. That is not his only gear set just for looks.. he has many many more.. I'm sure I have some too.. just cant think of them lol.
