| Chocolate Oatmeal Refrigerator CookiesIngredients:1 Stick of Butter 2 Cups Sugar 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup Milk 1 tsp Vanilla 2 1/2 Cups Oats Directions:- Melt Butter on High in a Large saucepan.
- Add Sugar, Cocoa, and Milk. Stir well.
- Bring to Full Boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 4 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in Vanilla and Oats.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto Wax Paper.
- Refrigerate to harden.
Sorry took so long getting the recipe posted. Hectic holidays got me feeling a little crazy. lol nothing new really. |
