George got it the oher day already. We went WHM/BLM (Luna) WHM/BLM (G's friend) NIN/WAR (George) THF/NIN (me). Easy kill. Getting there is more annoying than the kill, unfortunately >_>

I was trying to get that freaking offering too (the pop item). But that windy mission NM Tonberry was guarding there heavily. At the end I aggroed basically all the mobs in the temple.......... ; ; So I pulled out the Taru THF's tricks to hide, perfect dodge (oh yay 2 hr!) and flee (lol). Unfortunately, killed by poison II + Dia at the end >_>. I hope you guys have the pop item ready, otherwise could be a real pain in the butt..... (plus the respawn time of the ??? is 2 hour +)

We can always schedule a run to camp the ??? (we can kill the Tonberry NM for windy mission key items too !!!! plus camp the THF's knife pop item <= 100k for each THF's knife !!!!) But mobs there are all EP to DC for 75... so get prepared

maybe if people are willing to help, we can go for this and get the Windy mission drop either Friday night or Sunday. This will be a pretty busy week for me with it being the first week of school so those are probably the only times I will have much playing time, but I am game for either time if it works for anyone else.

unfortunately, most of this weekend and most of next are going to be pretty busy for me, but i would definitely be interested in doing this if i am available.

Problem is, I have no idea how to get the pop item. I had someone escort me through Ugly Temple when I was a 50ish SMN and we had to race against another SMN and his pt, so I was rushed through everything and had no idea where I was.
But if you get your hands on the pop item, let me know, and I'll be happy to lend a hand.

Sounds like Keromi is pretty schooled on the pop item so maybe some time when we are all on we can make a run to get that as well as take care of the NM for Windy mission and then go get the mitts. I probably won't be able to do this until next weekend though since oe of my professors assigned a 12 page group research project that no one in the class has time to get together for >.<. Once it's turned in on Thursday I will have some time next weekend to actually live again ^.^

I know the where abouts of the ??? from what Keromi is talking about. The mobs in that area drop the key we would need to get to the NM I think, so we would have to pretty much run around and kill everything.

Just don't forget Tonberry Hate is a bitch, which is why I always go SMN so that one of the Avatars can kill the damn thing, and not me.

Can we get this going again? I dont have smn that high yet but would like to get the item at some point for when I do lvl this job, it would be nice to have them when I hit lvl 20.

i also need these. lol. this could end up turning into a several hour long event. perhaps we can get something organized again for this. maybe do a pop item farming run the day before we plan on doing the actual NM fight. maybe we can get our trust event coordinator to set something up.

i would ask, however, that anyone who plans on doing this, to also plan on staying until everyone is done. i understand things come up irl, but it's only fair if everyone stays until everyone has what they came for.
