Previous Quest: The Quadav's Curse
Next Quest: None

Walkthrough:
Speak Ronan and then talk to Mine Konte (D-7). Then speak with Panana.
Trade 3 Shell Bugs to Ronan. Give him his "time" by zoning out of Port Bastok and back in. Speak to Ronan again for your reward.

Note:
You do not need to speak to Mine Konte or Panana to complete the quest.
