Naked Race

Saturday 3PM PST = GMT -7 San d'Oria ~> Jeuno Naked Race


I would like to have a lvl 1 naked race.
Currently I have Powder Boots for a prize.

Rules for the Race:

• No gear
  
• Must not be /Anon
  
• No items
  
• Job must be lvl 1

We will start in San d'Oria and complete the run in Upper Jeuno. Everyone will be in alliance together. Raisers will be following to Raise those who die. Once raised you can keep on racing. The purpose is to educate everyone about avoiding aggro.
I would like to start the race on Saturday 3pm PST = GMT-7
Please gather together in Southern San d'Oria 10-15 minutes early.

If you are interested in being a Racer or Raiser please let me know.

I will try to be there. I think I got 1 lvl 1 job, otherwise I would be happy to help with raises if needed.

i'm good for either, raiser or racer.

edit: i'll be a raiser as well. i've been a racer the past two races so this time i will play the other role.

Alright I would love to race as i have never done one of these before, but if you need a raiser i would be more than happy to do that as well. and i SHOULD be available for it as long as college doesnt throw something absurd at me!

I think 3 raisers should be plenty. I will not be able to be a raiser since I need to be at the finish line to confirm the first to zone. Now we need people interested in racing Damn helpful LS no one wants to have fun just wanna help. j/k Glad people are interested in this. It's always been alot of fun.

Sorry the prize is only a pair of boots enchanted with flee but I'm so broke lately. Only thing I can make is food stuffs. A friend made these boots for me to use as a giveaway.

I'm abit shocked to see that everyone is offering to be a raiser instead of a racer. O.o Hell I'll race. I figured we'd have a shortage of raisers but count me in. Guess my Pup does get some use.. >.>

damn! with prizes like that, i wanna race! i want a sandy aketon again. i miss mine. ; ; i'll still be a raiser, but i may wanna talk to bocaj about those aketons. xD

OMG! That was a blast. I quested Bard just to have a lvl 1 for the race. Then I had to wait for Ord to finish besieged. I thought for sure you all would have gone off before I got there.
You have no idea how much I was giggling to myself running along. Ord upstairs watching Naruto, Livs snoring away in his recliner, I had no one to laugh with me.
When that Orc popped and killed me in Ronafure, and I saw all of you zoning, I thought, crap this is the end But raise came and off again. Sorry Cad, as fast as these taru legs can go, they didn't seem to go as fast as you would have liked to see. (btw, I do have knees, I just run straightlegged, lol)
I got lost in the plateau (no I don't go there often enough to the forest) and Ord left the vibration on the controller. Man, when that thing goes off, it scares the crap out of me! Couldn't seem to use the autorun (I kept leaning to the right or left, but not straight) so I could type on the keyboard which is why I was very quiet.
But 50 minutes and 2 deaths later - I got there. No, you guys didn't have to wait on me, but it was nice to see. Thanks.
Come to find out, the controller died. I had no idea. Not until Ord was partying last night and it happened. Makes sense now.
Disappointing not more people came out for it. I had been hoping for another taru - just to see if they could run faster!
A great LS event

during my time in cosmic enigma, i have participated in 2 naked races. the first one i raced, so this time around i wanted to raise people.

it was really fun to run along side of all of you. i kind of felt like a mother hen taking care of her chicks. ^^

thank you CosmicEnigma for such a fun & crazy event. i hope there will be more races in our near future.

Those races are alot of fun. I'm glad I was able to get home before we started. I went out with my dad and we went back to his house and he passed out watching tv. Hard to wake up, but I made.
This was my third naked race. The first I was a runner. Ended up dead by the same tigers in batalia 3 times. Vyper ended up killing them so I could get a running start again. I still came in pretty close to "dead" last. I learned alot about avoiding aggro though. I thank those races for training me to get to the Dunes for pt without aggro no matter my lvl.
Congratulations to Serum/Preia for coming in first place. Buckley came in second even though he also had the first death.
I would like to do a pet race, but seeing as how not even has a low lvl pet job it could be hard. I have puppetmaster at lvl 1.
You did great Llydya not many Taru have been brave enough to run this race. Maybe we should do a windy~> mhaura taru only run.
