Walkthrough
Talk to Hieronymus to start the Campaign Ops.

He will send you to the Quartermaster (Bastok)(H-9).

The Quartermaster (Bastok) will ask you for an item. (He doesn't ask everyone for the same item, it can be AH'd or obtained from either Harvesting, Mining, or Logging.) When you obtain the item in your inventory, you will also receive a key item called Supplies Order. If the item is bought off AH this will NOT appear in your Key Items, but you can still easily finish the mission.

Trade the Item to the Quartermaster (Bastok).

Report to Hieronymus to receive your Allied Notes and finish the Mission.
