Hey I made it to this shit hole country. if you ever listen to anything I say never come to Kuwait this country sucks. I'm here for like another week before I go to where I'm going in Iraq. Once I get there I heard its betteeer then this place at the very least I'll have my own pc and won't be paying 5$ an hr for a shitty pc and a slow connection. I hope I can get in with a few ppl once there and get in on some satallelite internet and maybe I'll be able to see you guys again... but until then atleast you know I got here safe.

Ewww sweaty/gritty I don't envy you.. Living in Vegas I still hate the hot blowing sand.. don't even want to imagine how much worse it is without tons of hotels parked on the sand.

So 80 degrees now feels chilly and 70 is just cold. Im ass tired working 7 days a week 0500(5 am for you civilians ) to 1700(thats 5pm ) digging holes and working out in the sun doing other stupid shit... So over all Im pretty good. How're ya'll?

No kidding.. i went outside to chase my escaped weinie dog the other morning in some shorts and practically ran screaming into the house it was so cold... Then I found out is was only 73 outside..
Just think of the hole digging as muscle building excercises you get paid for. Hell if i got pid to work up a sweat I would.. I get paid in hugs and kisses.. and the occasional sneaky snot nose rubbed on my favorite shirt.. rotten kids.

Hey Kiri, haven't talked to you in awhile but glad you are doing well but in a shit hole.

I live in Vegas. I'm just coming out of the summer here. 115 on a cool day in the summer. So when it gets to low 70's I'm wearing sweaters. lol
I do miss the change of seasons living here though. It's either dry and hot or cold and windy. With a month of nice weather between. I'm obsessive.. I love raking leaves and shoveling snow. Used to love to mow the grass as well.. Until I got chased by a demented garden snake. (I hate ALL snakes) Then again if i moved away from this city I might have to start driving a car again.. YUCK!

i've been in a baking frenzy lately. Can't get enough of it. lol Been making homemade cinnamon rolls mostly. I gotta chase the kids away from them or a batch wont make it a whole day. Been tweaking the recipe a bit. Sometimes using raisins inside, or sprinkle with brown sugar, or make a cream cheese frosting like cinnabon.
The kid's ultmate favorite treat I've made lately has been the peanut butter and jelly muffins. those didn't even make it long enough to cool down all the way. Gonna have to make a bigger batch next time.

I've been volunteering at the kid's school alot lately. they actually have a fall carnival coming up and I am going to enter in the chili cook off. I figured why not.. I'm usually making chili all winter anyway. Gunner would eat chili every meal if i let him. But only the homemade chili I make. I've spent alot of years making it and tweaking it. Sadly because of my kid's it's not as spicy as I prefer. Not a nasty just plain hot spicy but a smokey spicy..
Ok well i've been rambling long enough.. Better go catch the little one before she breaks something else.

Well glad to hear you are all well and yea if they weren't paying me to do this you bet your ass I wouldnt be out there doing it >>; And other good news is Ive become complacent with the sound of artillery and small arms fire. As far as physical goes. I ran 2 miles in 13min 50 sec and might be improving it. I ran 10 miles in 1 shot on sun. (still sore from it). and push ups and sit ups probably have improved just havent had a pt test to see.

screw that run 10 miles.. Someone better be chasing me with a very hungry very large animal. You are making me feel guilty for not working out.. in like a month. I do walk everywhere I go, but as for excercising.. My weights are in the bottom of my closest under some random box i never finished unpacking.

Oh yeah on that note.. I finally got some more pictures hanging up on my walls. Gonna have to get new glass for most of the other frames.. They didn't survive the move. (I think that was the box my nephew dropped... down the stairs).

I recently got the media drive on my dad's laptop to finally work. (he didn't have the drive downloaded) So I will be able to post a more recent picture of me. Short hair and all.. It's grown out alot, but still really easy to deal with. And best of all I haven't had a migraine since I cut it all off.

Well... It been like a month since I said anything... To keep you guys updated. I dropped down to 179 and 15% body fat and never been in better shape. On the other hand Im ass tired and worked like a dog so... Another wonderful day in paradise... The ice cold showers suck ass tho... Anyways. How ya'll been?
