Future possible events

If you're interested in either of these ideas, please say so. Two thoughts came to me yesterday afternoon for possible events.

First off, and I must mention that Druantia had the same idea later in the evening as well, perhaps it's time for another naked lvl 1 race across the fields of Vanadiel? Haven't figured out rewards obviously, but i'm sure we can come up with something.

Also, there's always the fun chocobo race across our great nation. It's a little more dependent upon zone timing, but not everyone has a trained chocobo for the choco-track.. so it's just a suggestion.

I always liked the lvl 1 races. I feel it helps educate us in avoiding aggro.

The chocobo race is another fun idea. We've done one previously. Maybe you can have a prize be a set of chocobo gear.. or something else choco related.

I love lvl 1, naked races. These always prove to be loads of fun. I like the idea of giving away a prize as opposed to an indeterminate amount of money. I liked luna's previous idea of a piece of furniture, perhaps crafted by one of our members and signed. I think that would be very cool. Or chocobo gear, like she recently stated, mayhaps also crafted by a member and signed.

You'll very rarely catch me on a PvP battlefield. I've never been one for PvP. I'd much rather play an adventure oriented game with a specific destination in mind rather than "hack-n-slash" type of play. But i am sure there are many people out there who would love to participate in an event such as this.

maybe we could have a Redbook ballista event? cap it at 20 or 30 so everyone could participate? Maybe 20 would be better so that everyone couldnt have shadows....i dunno i think that would be fun if enough people would want to do it and no one took it to seriously/personally X3

see, i'd be up for an LS ballista .. just to go in, fark around and just have fun, but i know that some people will let it get to their heads when they win and that would be annoying to no end.

Good Sportsmanship is expected in events like this. No need to be a smug @$$hat just because you beat a friend up. How do we go about setting a this type of Ballista. I've never done any Ballista before.

There is an NP in jeuno who you can reserve a time slot with for the ballista, and you will recieve a red book, the book lets you give pages to people who want to compete in the ballista, so when your reserved time slot comes up everyone trades their page of the book to the NPC and gets teleported to the battle area, from there teams are made. i would suggest anyone who hasnt played to talk to a pursuviant for ballista rules, so they know the general idea of what we are going to do once in the area. I dunno if that made sense but im hoping it did ~.^

Hi i'd really love to join in a LS event because i haven't yet i'd do a level 1 race if its not to late at night because i have work really early everday! so i'm up for it hehe looks like fun or if there is any fights you are going to do that i can join in with would be great.

I'm a merc now but i don't know if that makes any difference with missions and quests to be able to join in with you guys well give me a holla when you have decided. thankyou
