To activate this quest, you must be on CoP Mission 4-2 (The Savage), and must zone into Riverne Site#B01. You don’t actually need to do anything other than zone in and see the initial cut scene. Return to Epinoelle and she will give you the quest in a brief cutscene. If you have not done this cutscene, you will not be able to get the quest and you will not get credit for killing the NM’s even if you help others in your party.

Once you have the cut scene, return to Riverne Site#B01. This area has a level 50 cap. Lesser rocs do not aggro, pyrodrakes aggro to sight and hippogryphs have true sight (Sneak & Invis don’t work on them) and aggro, so be careful.

You’ll have to go through three spatial distortions to get to the correct island. The first distortion is at (M-9), the second at (K-8), the third at (K-7). This will bring you to the island at (J-6).

Upon emerging from the third portal, the three moblins will spawn immediately, so be prepared before you zone. The fight is tough with a party of 6, and easy with an alliance of 12. Sleep works reasonably well, but it’s good to be sure – bring extras if you can. The three moblins are Chemical Cook Chemachiq (WHM), Book Browser Bokabraq (BLM) and Spell Spitter Spilospok (thought to be RDM). Once the NM’s are dead, you are done. There is no ??? to click, and you only need to kill the NM’s once for the entire party.

Return to Epinoelle and receive a cutscene and your reward – a map of Riverne. This map covers both Riverne Site #A01 and Riverne Site #B01.
